IT WAS AROUND 14:03, I INSERTED THE CARD & REQUESTED THE AMOUNT OF R1450
THE ATM TOOK A FEW MOMENTS & THEN THE CARD & SLIP CAME OUT
IT STATED THAT THIS TRANSACTION CANNOT BE COMPLETED - UNSUCCESSFUL, TRY LATER 72
MY DAD GOT A SMS ON HIS PHONING STATING THAT THE AMOUNT OF R1450 WAS DEDUCTED FROM HIS ACCOUNT
WHEN WE WEN TO THE ABSA BRANCH IN VERULAM THEY SAID THAT HE MUST GO TO STANDARD BANK AS HE IS A STANDARD BANK CUSTOMER
WE HAD TO RUN AROUND FROM ABSA TO STANDARD BANK AND WAIT FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS
EVENTUALLY STANDARD BANK GAVE US THE REF: 51719666 AND SAID THAT WE SHOULD CALL ABSA ON 0860 101 341 AS THEY HAVE LOGGED A DISPUTE
ITS MORE THAN 7 DAYS NOW & WE HAV NOT EVEN BEEN CONTACTED
PLEASE RETICFY THIS SITUATION IMMEDIALTEY, OTHERWISE WE WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE PRESS AND THE OMBUDSMAN
THAT MONEY WAS HIS SALARY AND WE HAVE TO RUN AROUND IN CIRCLES & WAIT JUST BECAUSE YOUR ATM IS OLD & OUTDATED
