My husband has got a policy with Dsicovery Life which includes ICB. My husband hurt his ankle and foot in Novemer 2012, tore the ligiments. Grade 2 tear. We sent in all the Dr reports, sona's, x-rays and the physio reports. Up untill today they have still not paid the claim and says they are not going to pay due to wrong details? They have now taken ICB off the policy back dated to the date of inception, we have now told them that how can we pay monthly for something but when it comes to claiming they dont want to pay and they also dont want to reimburse the premiums paid after taking it off the policy.
We are very disgusted with the service. They quick to sign a person up and make empty promises. We are going to cancel all policies with them and take them to the ombudsman.
