To my horror my husband has have been re-paying a debt to this company who cannot provide us with any form of legal documentation as to what the debt is relating to. Despite numerous attempts by me to obtain further information I am always met with a "we will send it to you" and then nothing gets sent to me. They have now told me that legally there is nothing that they can do - in other words they cannot prove that the debt is owed by him. I will be taking this further to all other institutions and I would recommend that people be extremely careful before signing anything with this company. Be alert!
