I went to draw money at the ABSA atm in witpoortjie at the pick n pay centre. I bank with capitec. It was late on sunday nite, everything went fine even got sms that the transaction went thru and then the atm just said they keeping my card. For no reason!!! Foned to report it and absa just cut my call. Same thing happend with my mom two weeks earlier. I do NOT HAVE THE TIME OR MONEY to go and sit in a bank for hours and get a new card. This is part of the reason i left absa because of bad service everywhere. I think absa should fix that machine or take the stupid thing away... Now i dont have the money i wanted to draw and not even a card.
Absa catch a wake up and fix your atms!!!
