I was handed to MBD attorney for my outstanding Woolworths account. The account was paid up in full to Woolworths in April 2012. In May 2012 I received an paid up letter from MBD and Woolworths thought this was resolved. I still receive calls from the absolute rude customer service agents. It like they enjoy harrasing a person. Each time I advised them it is paid up. I have spoken to serveral people at MBD and I finally had a response from query specialist at the Kimberly Branch stating MBD did not receive payment from Woolworths. I spoke to Sedima Sedima Mokonyama at Woolworths Financial Services Recoveries department and he said they are looking into my query. This is extremely fustrating as MBD can harrased a person for payment yet they cannot keep there data updated. My credit rating is affected by this and I am extremly fustrated, angry, annoyed as it has been a year and this is not updated and resolved.
