I was at the doctor and promted the *120* the loaded my card with the funds but I lost my pin number, i called the call centre and they gave me a number to sent my sms to 34246 to reset my pin number, i did that as intsructed and nothing happened did it again called the call centre six times waiting to see a doctor with no succes the last lady i spoked to promised to call me back and she didnt, I couldnt go to the doctor whilst i have been paying for my medical aid, please assist even though I have cancelled my policy.
