Terrible terrible service

I have had this insurance for a year now, I tried to claim once, and had to send them the proof that I have visited the doctors. After faxing the proof to them 6 times, and receiving confirmation, they claimed to have not found it and deducted the claim amount from my account. Now, months after that, I am trying to claim for an urgent dental visit. I lost my card, and we now use the dependent card. They successfully loaded the money onto that account, but due to the fact that I never use this, I don't even know the pin number anymore. They informed me that I should sms my ID and the last 4 digits of the card to 34246, after which I received a text saying the card could not be validated and I should call another number.

They told me that they cannot assist me and that I should call the claims department again. The claims department claims that the cellphone number is linked and that the card is validated I should be able to change the pin. After sending the sms again, I got the same message. So I waited and did it again, same thing. Called again, again same story, bottom line, I have an appointment, the funds, no pin, and 5 calls further still NOTHING!!!
