Good day
My mum currently has policy with oneplan
on two occasions oneplan refused to load money onto her card in order to consult with her doctor ands specialist, each time she has to pat cash and when it is time to claim back she doesnt even get back half of what she had to pay. The first amount we claimed was R10.000 and few rands. we included all proof of reciepts as requested.
last month she needed to be hospitilised and oneplan refused to authorize the hospital. even after sending all requested documents, they still didnt authorize, the doctor called for authorisation, she had to undergo numerous tests as well which she had to pay for in cash, we put the claim through together with the reciepts which amounted to R11.144.00. My mum couldnt go for all the required test. Each time we call for authoriaztion, oneplan does not help, we pay cash and when its time to claim, we dont get back what we pay for. where is the justice in this. we call the call centre for assistance but never get through
