Incompetent service & unprofessionalism to the MAX

I would like to advise anyone who is thinking of taking out medical insurance with One Plan NOT TO DO IT! Since taking out my policy I have had to run after them for everything. I've always waiting and fought to get my claim paid to myself or it wasn't approved in time for the money to be loaded onto my card with the result that my one card declines and I have to put to total bill on my own account. My current gripe with them is that I have now been waiting since last Tuesday, 05 Feb for them to reset the pin number on my card so I can draw the optometry money off my one card. I have spoken to 3 call centre ladies of which I was told my policy was inactive - thank you just take my money every month but never activate my policy. I sent a email demanding to speak to a manager last Friday and phoned and requested the manager - Mr. Ronald Governor, which I am still waiting for him to respond to me. How long does it take to reset a pin number for a card? This just proves how incompetent and unprofessional, how no one actually can do their job. They all useless! I have tried calling the call centre and I can't get through. What else is can one do?
