I applied for life insurance and was assisted by Ms Cindy Nkewana on the 6th of December she sent me documents to take to the doctor for a medical report, I visited the doctor on the sameday. Weeks went by and she was not answering my calls. I sent her e-mails and she will say she's in meetings and she'll call me back. Yesterday i called a number that belongs to a colleague of hers and when she was asked to take my call she blatantly refused. I then sent her an e-mail and she said my policy was rejected and the Doctor has the reason for the rejection. When I contacted my doctor he said he has never received any results. All I want to know is why my application was not accepted and why would she treat me with such disrespect, refusing to take my calls and not updating me.
