Miway staff rude and incompetent!

A client of Miway smashed my car. I then submitted a claim, Assessor came ot the car, then sent claim to Legal department. That is wher it is now stuck! The lady handling the query Christelle Du Plooy, told me she had been trying to get hold of their client, but failed. I phoned the client this morning and got hold of her. I then called this lady and politely asked her to call the client at that moment as she was available. She said, she will call her when she gets to her email, or whatever (jargon). But simply saying, she will do it later. She said there a procedures she has follow, otherwise she will loose her job. So in Miway, procedures come before people??? Miway does not have sense of urgeny, as im driving around in a smashed car and a window that doesnt close properly!
I do however wish to mention that Christelle is rude and abrupt, she should be in a police force, and not in the customer service industry. She does not have people skills.
I need this claim to be sorted out urgently!

I am not a client of this stupid company, with incompetent staff, who cannot get hold of someone on the phone, and wil never suggest it to anyone!
