Mr Johan Small, MiWay's Claim Assessor was of excellent help to me when handling my claim. He kept me updated in each and every stage of my claim. If all insurance companies and even MiWay can be so lucky to have such dedicated individuals like this gentleman who understands how important is the client regardless whether is making a claim or becoming a new client. Today was his last call to inform me that my claim has be concluded and payment will ran in the next 3 working days and he told me of what expected is of me.
