Insurance claim for a late estate.
Initially I had problems with getting hold of the given contact person and I found that she reports to Carel. From my first conversation with Carel, he followed up with me, informed me when he was stuck in his investigation. He was very sympathetic yet professional at all times. Explained the delays as he experienced them and he is very humble. I have never met him, but I am very happy the insurance industry has people like him. Thank you Carel for everything
