MyWay Client bumped my car and the insurance dont want to pay as I am claiming as a third party. Reasons being as stated by MiWay:
1.Clients was a victim of a smash and grab.(not my problem)
2.She was being hijacked and took immediate action in order to get away from the impending danger.
3.The client cannot be expected to react in the agony of that moment.
4.The motorists in a sudden emergency finds themselves in the " horns of a dilemma".
5.Client witnessing her side window being smashed, was placed in a sudden emergency and took the first action that came to mind (to smash into my car?)
In light of the above, I once again confirm our client was not negligent in this matter and we therefore will not be entertaining a third party claim.
1.My questions are, Did theie client kept safe following distance incase of emergency?
2.Does immediate action means you must make other people's lives in danger (as your client drove into us)?
3.Was I supposed to be in a lookout for your client in terms of her safety?
4.Why did MiWay send an assessor on the 7th of March to access the damages if you were not liable?
