On 30/10/13 a MiWay client smashed my car due to neglience on her side. I was told by miway that I need to submit relevant docs for my car as well as quotes to get my vehicle repaired. All was done by the 03/11/13 and called them for further instructions however I was told they still in process of sorting out their clients claim then will see to mine however on 23/11/13 my car was wen I reported it to Miway they sd it was okay as long as my quotes was submitted I'll be paid out as long as the clients claim was approved. But on 20/01/14 they advised that my client will be dismissed due to the fact that I no longer have the car.
