So around 3 months ago I had an accident where a MiWay Client hit me from behind cause he wasn't paying attention on the road. 5 weeks ago I got a call to take my car for Assessment. Since then I have been emailing all the miway email addresses to get a followup on my claim and till now have not had any feedback.
I am an existing MiWay client with household and cellphone cover yet I get treated like a nobody.
I feel this is totally unacceptable and being 5 weeks since they last communicated with me is also unacceptable. I tried calling today (01/10/2013) to find out whats happening and was told that no one is available to help me with my inquiry.
By the looks of things if I dont get feedback soon they will be losing me as a client completely while I continue to find a way to get hold of someone at MiWay to fix my vehicle.
