A miway client drove into me and damaged my car, she did put a claim in with miway. I spoke to miway and they told me what to do, i gave them all quotations and everything they needed. its been a month and everytime i have to call them, my car is standing still since 9 April and all the rude myway poeple can tell is about there client... if it wasn't for there client i wouldn't be in this situation. i called this whole week and the person thats working with my claim is never there and no one knows when i can be helped and when my car can be fixed, i'm sick of miway not helping me when i was not at falt and to top it up they make feel like i must beg for my car to be fixed... i'm gonna contect my lawyers tomorrow and sue the client maybe she will then see just what a insurance she has.
