It was the 7/2/13 when I spoke to Miway and also complained on this site about the service I`m getting from you. You told me the reaosn why I was not contacted was that you could not get hold of your client (the person who smashed my car-for 2 weeks). I called her same time and managed ot get hold of her. The rest is in the complaint I sent. What makes me more angry is the fact that Miway is now just quiet. I have never, even on one instant been called by Miway, after the claim was sent by the assessor to the claims/legal department. I find this action very arrogant of Miway. I cannot phone Miway, because making personal calls where I work is prohibited.
What will it take for me to get a response from you and for my car to be fixed?!
