I have been dealing with Christelle Du Plooy for almost 3 months. I claimed from MIway some time back and to this day have not gotten a proper response. I was in an accident with a Miway Client on the 8 Feb 2013, on the 12/03/2013 i got a response from Christelle saying that I would not be compensated for the damages to my car as damages to my car did not exceed those of your client and that it cost R 41 499.91 to fix your clients car.
When I queried this, and asked for an invoice as proof that it cost that much to fix the car. Christelle then told me that she had made a mistake in her calculations and would relook the claim. On the 8/05/2013 she sent me other letter that was completely off mark. The circumstances, which she stated were incorrect. She got none of the information of the accident right and the report back bogus, as if she had cut and pasted a previous message (from another claim) and sent it to me. I have been very patient with Miway, but my patience is running out. I am flabbergasted by this service. WOW
