I am a MiWay client for the past 2 years.
In October 2013 another MiWay client crashed into me in a parking lot. The damage is not excessive but my car needs repairing. Since October I have not been able to send my car in for repairs because the legal department and the claims department are telling 2 different stories. According to the Legal Department my excess of R3000 should be waived and the guilty party must pay this excess. According to the claims department I still need to pay the R3K excess. And for the past 5 months my car is still not fixed because the panel beater refuses to do anything before Miway pays the excess. The damage is now not only from the crash, but the panel is rusted and would probably need replacing.
This is BAD service and communication between departments in MiWay. And every time I call I get transferred between departments and not once have anyone given me an answer that everyone agrees with.
