I would like to report Miway insurance the way they handled my third party claim.
On the 11.07.2013 my car was hit by my way client. The report was green for me and was red for the client.
Funny this was a hit and run accident, Luckly one of the witnesses on the scene of offered me a lift to chase after
Lisa Jane from Brakpan up until N12 Johannesburg were she collided with the road barriers.
Now Miway insurance is refusing to pay for my car repairs stating that their client is not liable because she was nearly Hi-jacked.
I mean the point here is that she skipped the robot while red and hit my car and drove away. the calprit showed no concern if I was okay. She told Miway that the Hi-jacker hit her back window with a sterring lock which is a lie.
When both cars bumped earch other obviously the impacked smashed the window and I have a photo as evidence.
Surely if thats how Miway treat innocent people like myself then they must be exposed.
What kind of a decision is this their client hit my car, I dont car if she was nearly hi-jacked point is she hit my car so She is liable to pay.
