A MiWay client drove into me almost 3 weeks ago. Even though I have sent all the required info they requested to their Legal department, they still cannot assist me in getting my car repaired. They have told me to claim through my Insusrer, but it was their client's fault. Why do I have to claim through my insurer when she has insurance? Now my premiums are going up after I claimed. The next time I will be requesting quotes for insurance is will be more because I recently claimed. This is not fair. She is insured with MiWay and they need to assist me. If they have problems with their client, it should not affect me.
