WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM ONEPLAN

Claims are slow.
Extra money taken out of my account without permission.
Hypertension loaded on my policy - but nobody has this problem.
premium loaded with hypertension risk fee withour my permission.
Spelling on original contract wrong, had to have it fixed.
Charged for a second card without requesting a second card.
money on second card never refunded.
