Discovery have declined my application due to me not having any accounts, since when is that a bad thing??? I don't have any bad debt and always kept myself free of it!!!
I have been a loyal discovery client and vitality member, however seems that you don't value your loyal customers!!! Perhaps other Medical Aid service providers will and offer a better service!! 1
On you website it clearly states that you need to be a member of discovery to qualify for the Card, however I feel that this is false and a complete waste of my time!!!
You need to start somewhere to achieve credit rating or how else would someone achieve a credit score??? I have regretfully chosen Discovery as my company of choice to open my first account with.
I trust that this email gets escalated to someone senior within Discovery and not some Call Centre Agent.
