Refunds to onecard???

I recently phoned OnePlan, since I've sent numerous mails regarding the refund of claims.

The problem started when I received an sms saying that my OneCard has been refunded. The SAME card I didn't use, because I don't have the pin, they can't give me a new one and asking for a new card gets you TWO (which you pay for and its NOT refunded). So, I phoned to ask them to put the money into my bank account.

Guess what, today they also paid the other claim onto the OneCard after they told me that the money from the Onecard that they already paid into it, is not retrievable unless I discover my pin somewhere...

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? I spoke clearly and the lady on the other end seemed to understand what I was asking... I just don't get why this is so difficult. Can someone please help me?
