On Saturday, 09/11/13 at 10h30. i tried to sms a claim, this system was not working, so i called the One Plan, the consultant told that this was recorded and i agreed, i even told her the card that the funds to be loaded, she was very rude and she put the funds into another card which i did not have with me. ONE PLAN HEALTH sort out your people that working as consultants.
