Being a new customer to one plan I used card for the first time today went to ATM to draw cash from their pre loaded cards. I could not remember my pin therefore I asked for a new pin the agent advised yesterday to SMS for a pin change which I did went to the ATM today and my card was swallowed. They did not activate my pin change. Their processes don't work and now the agent says I must pay R105 for a new card. Don't waste your time with oneplan even banks are cheape
