I am so angry and disspointed

My name is Ignatia Williamsi signed up with One plan in November 2012 as i was so interested and excited in taking up a policy with them, but once I did so many things have gone wrong. 1st my every first debit was over charged by R120.00 and a surprise R150.00 for oneplan card, seems that they forgot to mention that this will be deducted. 2nd i recieved am sms advising my card is to be delivered in December 2012 its now February 2013 still have not recieved it after countless enquire. 3 rd my son had got hurt and i needed medical attetnion, so i call the centre and alert they that I need to take my son for treatment but I dont have a card, response was "Its okay take him and we will pay the fees" i had to pay R2280 from my pocket due to no card... someone better do something fast to get that card to me and pay fees that were paid by myself, I have been enquiring about this card far too long, couriers take less than 1 week to deliever so there should be no excuse... contact me on 0824181526
