I find this very difficult to comprehend. First of all, I have been a OnePlan member for 2 years, and have never claimed. I submitted three invoices for three visits to the dentist this year, which have been approved and paid for, and today I received a letter from OnePlan to say "Unfortunately due to the number of claims we have honoured in terms of your policy, we have had to adjust your monthly premium based on the increased risk your policy poses." For a meagre R1400 in total that was claimed for dentistry. Are you actually kidding me? Time to cancel this rubbish! If OnePlan increases your premium after a few claims, they are not worth the paper their policies are written on.
