I activated my card on the 2nd of Mei and then loaded the card to see the doctor the next morning. I took my 2 children to the doctor on the 3rd of mei and then swiped the card to pay and it was declined, i tried 3 more times and still nothing. I then went to a standard bank to withdraw the money and it said error on card. I phoned oneplan customer care and the lady told me to go and try again because the money is on the card. I then went to the docter and paid 400 cash because they wanted the money now, so idrove to the bank AGAIN and still nothing. I went to clicks to get the medicine for my children and paid 500 cash. I phoned them AGAIN and the man i spoke to said i must fax all the receipts to their claim department, his manager will deativate and then activate my card and reload all the money that i was supposed to get on my onecard, he said it will take an hour and his manager will phone me within that hour and i can then withdraw the money, it is now 4 hours later and nothing, not a phone call nor money.i used my own cash for docters and medicine wich i couldnt afford but had to.it pathetic and i demand answers.
