I had a shortfall payment of that had to be paid, Oneplan informed me that this amount would be debited from my account, then I get an sms saying that they had handed me over to the ITC, no phone call, no warning. So I contacted the ITC, not wanting a bad credit score, and paid the money across to them. The next month Oneplan still debited this amount from my account anyway. Utterly frustrating!!! I had the debit order reversed and now they still say I owe them.
Oneplan is not the way to go, it may be cheap but it's really not worth the hassle I have had the worst service from them every time I have had a problem and on top of it all, hospitals do not accept it and you still have to be admitted as a private patient.
