Bad service, refusing to pay on a claim

I had an minor accident on the M1 North on Friday the 31st Jan 2014. I immediately called PMD who had the car towed. [ i have Prime Motor Thhrift and Prime Motor Assist). PMD later sent me documents to complete, which i did and sent back. On Mon the 3rd i got an sms from PMD saying they've sent an assessor to assess my car & i would get the report soon. I got another sms on Tue the 4th to tell me the assessment was done and i would get a report soon. On Wed the 5th i got a call from Lebohang Thobatsi to tell me that the car is not a write off therefore the Motor Thrift plan isn't effective. He then told me to get a quote from an approved panelbeater of my choice.
Since i had to take to the panel beater for quote, i called Proline Autobody which is where the car was sent according to my knowledge. PA told me the car was taken elsewhere because it's awrite off. I called PDM again to help find me car which the only did on Thursday the 6th. It was at Hallmark Auto & had incured R8260 in towing and storage fees which PMD now refuses to pay even though Lebo had said they'd pay R5000 towards such fees. I'm lodging a complaint with the Gauteng Consumer Affairs and Business Compliance
