I have never received such TERRIBLE service from any provider, below standard is an understatement. I was involved in an accident on the 29th Sept 2013, I spoke to the rep, Lufuno, supervisor, Lebo, Call Centre manager Shawn, Athini claims dept, all these employees are very good at making promises and not honouring their word.8 days later Im still not satisfied, I have called them over 10 times to find out the progress of my claim, and today only they want to throw curve about them not paying for the damage on the car, saying that the damage is less than 80% of the value, they have been looking for a way out of paying, and they want to pin the storage fees on me too, after dragging their feet on delivering, I requested the assessor's report and they claim they cannot give it to me, what nonsense is that?? I will not take this lying down, I will expose the incompetent, you really are! PRIME MERDIAN will do anything to avoid paying, I will take this car to a private assessor and we will meet in court if need be. Im tired of being taken for a ride, all they know is running away from customer needs always claiming to call back. YOU ARE USELESS, all you know is people's money!!!
