Bad attitude and lack of communication skills

A family member contacted Prime meridian direct on the 14/01/2014 and asked them to give me a call and assist with an insurance quote. I was called by a guy called Mothusi who seemed very helpful at first but later became very aggressive when I advised that all I wanted was a quote as I am still weighing my options and shopping around for an offer that suits me. He became a bit defensive. We had a bit of a disagreement until he decided to ubruptly hang up on me while I was still talking. I then called the number and spoke someone else who assured me that he will refer to Mothusi's manager and have someone contact me and todate 15/01/2014 no one has bothered to get back to me. This is very bad service especially for a potential client. I am very dissatisfied and dissappointed with the lack of interest that they showed me.
