PLEASE HELP ME
I WENT TO THE STANDARDBANK KILLANEY MALL YESTERDAY TO APPLY FOR MY OVERDRAFT TO BE INCREASED- IT WAS DECLINED BECAUASE I HAVE A REDUCTION ORDER IN PLACE - THATS REDUCES MY OVERDRAFT WITH R800.00 PER MONTHS - THE LADY SAID IF SHE REMOVES THAT MY OVERDRAFT WILL BE INCRESED THE SAME DAY - THIS MORNING WHEN I CALL THE CALL CENTRE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DONE - THEY SAID EVEN IF SHE REMOVES THE REDUCTION ORDER I CAN ONLY APPLY AGAIN AFTER 6 MONTHS - THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENCE - I CHOOSE TO REDUCE MY OVERDRAFT MONTHLY AND NOW I GET PANILIZED FOR DOING THAT-
I NEED THE OVERDRAFT INCREACED TO R20000.00 TO PAY UNIVERSITY FEES TOMORROW
