To whom it may concerned.

I have been calling your head office since morning to discuss my overdraft reduction to be cancelled and to increase my limit and I have been transferred from one department to another with no assistance and I have been provided with more than 5 different contact numbers to get assistance till this hour standard bank is failing to comply yet the reduction was done telephonically on the 15-Jan-2013.

I have visited the branch yesterday and the branch could not assist me to call your head office and still no assistance. I'm thinking of changing banks because this is not acceptable but frustrating as NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST on my request! very "incompetent" I must say,

I have been with standard bank more than 15 years and this is the service I'm getting!! If I decide to close this account I don't expect anyone to call me regarding this overdraft
