I was with regent company but was change to Hollard by FNB Insurance brokers without informing, The initial benefits are that I dont pay access but now when I was processing my Claim I found out that I had to pay R2000 access which is not what i agreed on and FNB did not call me to inform me about the change i had to find out everything when i was doing the claim. nobody seems to know what happened and i am sitting with a car which is not fixed, Today i was told to fax them copies of regent and i told them that i can not do their admin work for them cause, i did not choose to change what informed their change? which information did they use to take the decision that they took. Without my consent.
