I visited the Standard Bank branch in Clearwater in the beginning of May for a overdraft reduction. Ever since I been in and out of the Branch my query was only resolved in September. When I asked their manager what are they going to do with the four months that the reduction never debited, she sad she will only reduce my overdraft interest of which is R254.00, yet the other manager sad to me they will credit the interest that I was paying for the past 4 months.By now I would have expected my overdraft to reduce by R4000.00 which didn't happen, and each time I went in the branch I was told a different story. I cannot be inconvenienced for other people incompetent.
