I decided to redeem my points and was looking at the items I could get for my appoints. I found something, put it in "my trolley, confirmed and then got stuck at the delivering address. After trying several times I contacted the Ucount call centre and was told that the reason why I could not conclude redeeming, was that the item is not in stock. Ok, now I start looking for items that are in stock and what I like. After paging through quite a few pages, I found that about 90% of the items is NOT IN STOCK.
