This is an update to my previous complaint in which I placed an order on the Ucount online mall. I was then told a few days later the item was not available. The consultant was friendly however he described there being a replacement item just of a different colour. He then emailed me pictures but I realized it was a different model and not just a different colour.
I asked to please cancel the order and refund my points. Now in total, points were used for the item and delivery charges. I was refunded the points ONLY for the item and NOT for the delivery charges. I am shocked at how standard bank is handling its UCount customers. They do not even respond to my emails at all (in over a week).
