Awesome Service from Milly

I wasn't expecting to get paid out without my police case number but Milly was proactive and followed up with the police and sorted everything out. She was always attentive to the case, empathetic and on the ball with feedback and regular communication. What can I say, very pleased with the service I experienced. Thank you!
