I have a few matters I need to verify

I am currently looking to check how I accumulated points thus far so that I know whethere I am on the right track when it comes to collecting points.
From what day did I start accumulating points?
Can I fill petrol at any Caltex or are there designated ones and which are they?

I accumulated 68 points (R6.8) thus far, I need to know how this came about?
When is my Card going to be delivered?

NB: I have been trying to call Ucount division on 0860 82 68 68 but the line just goes dead, doesnt ring at all.
