Ucount Online Shop Fail

Hi,

I recently placed an order on the Ucount online mall. I was then told a few days later the item was not available. The consultant was friendly however he described there being a replacement item just of a different colour. He then emailed me pictures but I realized it was a different model and not just a different colour.

I asked to please cancel the order but my points have not yet been refunded to me. Please refund my points.
