Missing uCount Point?

I signed up for the uCount program in June.

I've only receive points for TWT once.
My tires have been incorrect for the past 2 months also whole lot of other points are missing.
I've made many calls to the call centre, they just keep on telling me that their systems are not working!

I also received an email saying that Standard Bank have problem deducting membership from my account.

It look like nothing is working! Poor service from Standard Bank...
