Excellent service from dmac

I am please to write that after - 62 phone and after a month i was able to get firm answers to my third party claim. Josephine handled my my call in a proffessional and caring manner booking my assement promptly after i had phoned her. On arrival at the DMAC she once again showed her proffesionalism and introduced me to Raj the Assessors. Raj then proceeded to explain and show me in detail on my vehicle what damages were caused and the reason it cant be repaired. It was the first time since making contact with Telesure that i was able to get firm answers. Raj even called me to say he is doing the assement, in the past i had to follow up even though messages were left. I truly appreciate the services and proffesional attitute shown by these 2 staff members at your Dmac branch
