I feel that they did not keep to their so called "Client Service Charter" where it states that and I quote: "you have the right to constant feedback"; "You have the right to be mobile within 12 hours of your vehicle being or non-drivable, if you have selected the vehicle hire option. You have the right to hire a vehicle at our discounted rate if you have not selected the vehicle hire option"; "you have the right to be kept informed of the progress of your claim", and unquote.
I have put in a claim for my car early in January 2014, yet I have not received any feedback regarding how far they are with processing the claim. I haven't been kept in the loop at all. They told me that someone by the name of Sharozaan will phone me in 48 hours after putting in a claim, but no one, till this day contacted me! Instead, I am the one who have been contacting their call centre, yet I seem not to get the answer as to how long the claim processing will take. I did not take up the vehicle hire option on my policy, but I asked about hiring and again, no one seemed to be of assistance in that regard.
