My car was hit on the 22 February 2013 while parked outside of a shopping centre in Secunda by an Anglo V3 Crane Hire company vehicle whilst being driven by an employee of Anglo V3 Crane Hire. The driver of the vehicle then failed to remain at the accident scene, but I managed to track him down. I then reported the accident to the management of Anglo V3. Since then I have been in constant communication (via email) with the company and they have handed the claim over to their insurance company CIB Insurance I assume only from the beginning of May. I have been trying to get an answer out of them, but to no avail. I am seriously irate with the service I have received from CIB Insurance and do not understand how a claim can take up to 4 months to payout. They have all the documentation they have asked for and I am just waiting. If I email them they respond with generic feedback, I cannot seem to get an answer from them? I need them to know that I am not at all happy about this situation and that I want feedback as soon as possible.
