Not satisfied by the way Regent has handle my clai

I registered a claim on the 10/01/2013.They then promised to allocate a person who was going to be responsible for my claim.on the 23/01/2013 they came and took my vehicle not sure where they were taking it to but the driver of the tow truck said he was towing it to Durban.that's the last time i saw my vehicle.

Bare in mind that i was not even given a car hire that made my life difficult in terms of getting by what i don't understand is car hire was part of the package i had been paying for. After along struggle in Feb i was finally given a car hire.which i was only allocated to use within 30 days i was then promised that they were going to resolve my claim within that 30days that did not happen.

Another issue was that i was never informed about my claim status, i then made it my duty to contact them on a daily basis to find out more about my claim.later in Feb i was then informed that my car had been written off with ought my concern since it was not beyond repairs i would think before you write off a clients vehicle you would inform the owner.

i don't understand why the claim would take 3 months to resolve after i was told that the my claim had been finalised
