This is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with, where customer service does not exist. Never mind that last year October I had to log 2 claims for my vehicles for the hail damage, I have been fighting with them in regards to the excess amount which still has not been amended, than unfortunately I had to log a claim for my lap top and for the glass top on my coffee table, this was 20 days ago with still not one phone call from them as to the progress of my claim. Daisy is apparently in charge of my claim and I just get passed from pillar to post with no progress at all, I have actually in the intrim cancelled this policy as my blood pressure spikes at the thought of calling SAU. Also the other day I call in for car hire as my 1 vehicle was already at the panelbeaters and they needed the 2nd vehicle in only to be told that my car hire was cancelled... by who noone can tell me, or provide proof that I had personally cancelled this option om my policy... I mean who does that?? This is the worst company ever to have to deal with with it actually comes to major things that effect a persons day to dat living.
