I had claim with my insurance company having to claim for the first time on my policy was a bad experience.i had a accident with my vehicle it has been authorised and has been sent for repairs, as per my policy schedule i have an option of 20 day for car hire, knowning that my vehicle will not repaired within the 20 days i was forced to return the rental vehicle leaving me stranded with a vehicle.as a client i feel my insurance should accommodate me in the time period that my vehicle bening repaired in respect of the days chosen on my policy.at this stage i could really not recommend any family member or friend to miway.when requested for managers call to me it did not happen after having to call after them.highly disappointed in the choice i made to go to miway insurance..
